<p><strong>Please make payment when booking your coach seat, without payment we cannot reserve a seat for you. NO PAYMENT NO SEAT.</strong></p>

<p>Tickets are for coach travel ONLY (unless otherwise stated).</p>

<p>All coaches will depart from Eastleigh Football Club, Silverlake Stadium, Stoneham Lane, Eastleigh, SO50 9HT. Return journeys include a drop off at Station Hill and will then return to the ground. Cars may be left at the stadium car park free of charge.</p>

<li>
<p>Disabled passengers will be allocated seating at the front of the coach. Please state if this is required when booking.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Children and young people under the age of 16 will require permission from parent/guardian to travel. We are however unable to take responsibility for them so please use your discretion and, if necessary, liaise with other travelling fans to ensure their safety and well being for the day.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>For Saturday away games all bookings for coach travel must be made by 17:00 on the Friday (the day before).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>For Tuesday night (or other midweek) away games all bookings for coach travel must be made by 12:00 noon the same day (<strong>Please note : for longer journeys whereby the coach has to leave earlier, bookings must be made by 17:00 the day before)</strong></p>

<p>All musical instruments, drums etc to be carried in the hold of the coach en route.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Please note we are unable to take responsibility for damage/theft of any personal items such as phones, cameras, ipads etc.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Alcohol is not permitted on the coach by law.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Rubbish bags are carried on the coach – please ensure these are used.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Any abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and, if required, will be reported to the police.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>If a game is cancelled prior to departure due to bad weather or any other reason, we will issue a credit note that can be used towards future travel with us or, if required, a refund.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>If the game is called off whilst we are en-route to our designated venue, no refund will be given.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Cancellations at least 7 days before the trip will incur a 50% charge of the amount paid for the trip. There will be no refunds for any cancellations thereafter.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Should the circumstances arise where, due to insufficient bookings we are forced to cancel the coach all monies paid by passengers will be refunded in full</p>
